All Full Service Consulting packages include the following services:
- Up to 80 Planning hours to include decor, logistics, site visits, vendor meetings, dress shopping, etc.
- Month to month and wedding weekend timelines for the bride, wedding party and vendors
- Save the Date, Invitation, Wedding Program, Menu Card & Seating Chart design
- Assembly, Addressing and Mailing of Invitations and Response Tracking
- Complete coordination of the ceremony rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
- Oversee set up and breakdown of ceremony and reception sites, Vendors and WBM Staff
- Return of smaller rental items at the conclusion of the event
Candlelight and Roses
This package is designed for brides:
- Planning an indoor ceremony and reception or a small at home wedding
- A wedding guest list up to 300
- Out of state brides who are planning a local wedding.
Moonlight and Magnolias
This package is designed for brides who fit one of the following criteria:
- Planning a ceremony and/or reception that takes place outdoors
- A wedding guest list of 200 to 350
- Out of state brides who are planning a local wedding.
Champagne and Pearls
This package is designed for brides:
- Planning weddings that include extensive weekend events or where the complexity requires extra time, services and/or staff
- Where the ceremony and/or reception are held outdoors
- A wedding guest list of 350 or more
- A wedding that is 40 miles outside Lexington (travel expenses not included)
Consulting by the Hour
Offered as an alternative to the more in depth packages and provided by appointment only. Time will be billed hourly, payable at the conclusion of each meeting. These hours may not be used for day of wedding coordination.
